I serve as a personal and professional coach and offer a broad perspective for my clients. I’ve recently published a chapter in a book called "Coaching Perspectives" that describes the ten insights I gained as a result of the progress made with a small business and the CEO and leadership team over an 18 month timeframe.
Combining more than 20 years of experience in the people side of business with an understanding of organizations, behavior dynamics and change strategies, I am passionate about helping business leaders transform their workplaces into communities that encourage their employees to thrive.
I provide a flexible process to help you imagine the outcomes that are most essential to you. My role as a coach is to draw out your passions, strengths and interests through inquiry, curiosity and gentle challenges. By focusing on your state of mind and behaviors, I help you to align your actions with your intentions in order to stretch into your best self.
